This hefty site gives a wonderful breadth to the High Holy Days and the beginning of the Jewish New Year. There's plenty of audio — the blowing of the shofar or the recitation of prayers — but we recommend culling from the expansive set of stories surrounding the holidays. Two areas of the site worth reading are its blog, Synablog, which keeps you in the loop in news in the emerging Jewish community, and the S3K Report, which reports on the successes of Jewish congregations in engaging young adults.
