Beyond the Yellow Ribbon is a program that works to instruct and aide clergy, social workers, and counselors how to deal with the reintegration needs of combat soldiers and their families, particularly veterans serving in the National Guard and Reserves. Morris provides helpful guidelines in his 2005 essay about the program.
